Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

We’re a small, family-run 3D printing business based in the UK, and every item we make is crafted with care. Because most of what we produce is custom-made, our refund policy is a little different to big retailers — but it fully follows UK law.

Made-to-Order & Custom Products

Most of our items are custom-made or printed to order based on your specific request (like size, colour, material, or STL file uploads).

That means:

We can’t accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made products unless they are faulty.

This is in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes custom items from standard cancellation rights.

Changed Your Mind?

If you’ve ordered a custom or personalised item, we cannot offer a refund if you simply change your mind — once production starts, the materials and time are already committed.

However:

If you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, and production hasn’t started yet, we’ll do our best to cancel and refund your order in full.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, let us know.

You have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item:

Arrives damaged

Is not as described

Is faulty or defective

What to do:

Email us at gk3dcreations@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos.

We’ll reply within 3 working days to sort things out.

If the item is faulty, we’ll cover return postage and offer either:

A free replacement

Or a full refund

Returning an Item

If we’ve agreed to a return:

Items must be returned in the condition you received them.

Please pack items securely and use a tracked shipping method.

We’ll confirm the return address once your return is approved.

Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.

Digital Downloads & STL Files

If you’ve purchased a digital product (like an STL file or 3D model), no refunds are available once the file has been downloaded. This is because digital content is non-returnable once accessed.

Please double-check compatibility and details before purchasing.
